The whole end of Bishop, Gibbs and Tony. While it might seem as if Gibbs is putting the whole thing on Bishop's shoulders, I don't think it's that. I rewatched her first episode. When his co-worker and this guy she viewed has a brother was killed she figured out it wasn't about getting the money form SecNav, but getting someone who is willing to pay a higher prize. One thing she did was she needed to rest the board and she what she missed.
I think that was one of the things Gibbs was trying to get her to do, starts from the beginning and see if she can find things she hadn't found the first time around. This plus she's an analyst for the NSA. So honestly it's more like Gibbs asking Ellie to do her job. It's really not falling all on her, just seems that way because of how they ended it. Tony in that moment was more like what is Gibbs doing and getting ready for what was going to come next.
Are for Parsa....While he is the bigger guy, it was never him that really ordered the hit on the team. It was Tomas Mendez, Wayne and Coldwell. Wayne got his orders and was blackmailed into setting up someone else and sending Gibbs into the trap. Coldwell was ordered to take out Tony. Then you have Mendez who gave the orders to Coldwell and Wayne, in hopes of taking out these people so Parsa could not be stopped. The Brotherhood of Doubt could do what they needed to do. This all happened on America soil.
Plus Adam Eshel and I quote said "Ziva who was trained to disappear"... I think Ziva's okay.

So be thankful, Thankful for what you got
I used to love this fandom, it used to be a place I could escape to from all the real world problems. Not to mention a great change in pace from the last fandom I was apart of. I used to think Soap fans were bad, but I guess ever fandom has his fair share of fans. But since it was announced that Cote was leaving the show I've watched this fandom slowly crumble. After a while I just coudn't take it anymore, plus there were some other reasons, personal reasons. I thought maybe just maybe once the show started that maybe things would change, but I guess I was wrong.
It breaks my heart to see what this fandom has become. Yes I know it's not everyone, but honestly I haven't seen a lot of positive things lately. I think I can could the people who I have seen who are positive about the show on one hand. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I see so much more negativity then anything else. Sure fans are upset their favorite is gone, it's only natural. Someone I know once posted that if you are only watching a show for a character or a couple you aren't really getting the whole of the show. We all have our favorites, but if it was anyone else on the show would you put up this much of a fight for them as well?
So it was Sean who left? Or Rocky? Or Michael? Dare a say if it was Pauley? Would you still be this ticked off at the show? Or would you be fighting as hard to get them back on the show? (If you do answer this, just take a moment to think about and really ask yourself if you'd do the same if it was anyone else.)
There is another little titbit, while you are all coursing out the show and the writers, the same people who gave you eight years of Ziva David or Tiva. The same people who introduced you to Cote de Pablo. (Before we get annoyingly technical, yes I'm aware the writers change and powers shifts, but not the point.) Cote could have easily have not gone out for the role, it could have ended up being someone else. Or even yet the show could have even been taken off the air years ago. It didn't get to the number one spot until it's 7th year, which they have mentioned is not something that happens often. So while you are bitchin and moaning about all these little things you think are screwing over your favorite character and couple, maybe you should be thinking about how you got to know them at all. Also while you are complain about Ziva's lack there of mention, quite saying it be better if Ziva was dead. You don't mean it, because if she was dead you'd be even more pissed off then you are. At least for now there is a chance she could come back. Whiter or not she does is up to the show and her, but at least there is a chance. Let me tell you a chance to see your favorite again is better then knowing you never will again.
So be thankful because you were given something you could remember and could cherish for as long as you did. Not many fans get things like that. And be thankful that you got the last two episode with Cote, whiter you liked them or not you got them. Sometimes fans and shows don't even get that much.

Drama of Truth and Fiction
I tend not to comment on things like this, but I've just been over thinking things from the events that happened yesterday.
Whiter this happened yesterday or started a day before, personal messages where posted out into the world for all can see. These message were between Pauley (NCIS) and a fan over twitter via DMs. Sure it can be argued that the fan didn't know what she was doing was wrong, or that it was an honest myself. Also seen some things, since this fan is on the younger side, that those people at that age don't really think. I hate to break it to you, but a good portion or people at any age don't think they just do. I personally don't see it as a void argument, but that is me. One of the way I see this is that personal and private messages were posted out into the world, when they should never have been. Sure they never should have been said in the first place, but I'll get to that one later.
So for a moment put yourself in Pauley's shoe's. You are talking to someone, maybe someone you've talk to on line before, you message them something. It could be about anything really, but you don't want everyone to see it. So this person you tell it too turns around and posts it for the whole world to see. No and wouldn't be be hurt and angry at this person who did that do you? There is a reason people talk to each other twitter via DMs, it because they only one to tell on person and not have everyone know. Would you still be pissed at Pauley, for being mad at the person who posted the DMs, if these message weren't about Cote, but about something completely different? Honestly doesn't matter what the message said, they shouldn't have been posted on twitter to be begin with.
Now going into this said comments. So at first I didn't want to believe they were true, since Pauley has said many time she can't reply to fans. With the way twitter is set up and how the DMs are, you never see user name just icons, it be kind of easy to make up something and post it. Then I saw more of this issue and realized it was true and been looking into it farther, or rather trying too. So Pauley said these things and whither or not they are true we can't really say for sure. One thing we do kind of know is that the cast, and crew, was blind sided by Cote leaving, despite what CBS has said.
If this information is true, that Cote didn't like her job and really didn't like the fans, how is this Pauley stabbing Cote in the back? Maybe Cote has told Pauley and since Cote is not saying anything, or can't say anything, Pauley is trying to say it for her. Since she doesn't want everyone to know and freak out like the fans did yesterday, she simple told a fan the truth as she knows it. Trying to say this is really what's happened and I want people to know but I can't really put it on twitter and Cote can't really say it to the world. To be honest with you all, there are actors out they were don't enjoy what they are doing. Not to long ago Yahoo made a list with some well know movies and well known stars from those movies, who had mentioned they didn't even like the movie when they were filming it. So it's not far off from the truth. Maybe it wasn't always that way, maybe the long nights and many stunts started to get the better of her. She just stop enjoying it and it became something she didn't like. As for not liking/hating the fans. There are some actors who know they have fans, are grateful for all they do and the support, but don't really know how to interact with them. Or rather don't interact with them well. Maybe they became the case with Cote maybe it didn't, but it's not at far fetched to believe.
If the information isn't true. Why would Pauley lie to a fan? When this could start all this drama? There has been enough drama when it comes to the show, why create more? Yes it wasn't right of Pauley to say those things, even with everything I had just posted. A part of the fans are freaking out because deep down they think maybe this is true, that the actor I have come to love isn't who I thought they were. While others are turning their backs on Pauley because she said these things about Cote and they don't want to hear bad things about her. It just comes to a point, where we idolize these actors and fall in love with these characters, that we see what's in front of us. When it fact unless we're best friends with these people we'll never know what is really the truth. We just see the truth they want us to see and we just take it. Because right now I feel as those the silence Cote is giving to the fans is speaking volumes.

Would Things Have been Different If...
The million dollar question would things have been different if Daniela wasn't pregnant. Would Kensi still be with the team or would she have been sent away. While it might seem as if the story is directly linked to Daniela's pregnancy, but what if it's not. I don't claim to know anything that happens behind the scenes, but what I do know is what is said in interviews. Here me out there on why I believe this was going to come whither or not Daniela was pregnant or not. Shane Brennan, while some get frustrate and annoyed, has this way of putting things into the show and they always have a reason. Nine times out of ten it always comes back, not right away but it does come back. Two examples are Kensi and her fathers death and the never ending story of Callen.
For Kensi's fathers death it was mentioned in Season One and then you really didn't get another good look at that storyline until Season Three. While that chapter is now closed, it opened up this door for Kensi. You got to see what drove her to join NCIS, you got to see Kensi has more secrets that others don't know about her, and you got to meet her mother. So it's like you get to see Kensi in this new light because there is for more to her, then you first thought. With Callen, he's been trying to figure out who he is, who is parents are and what his name is. This current season, Season Five, you got to meet this guy who said he was Callen's father, only he wasn't. He was someone that Callen's father had asked to look after Callen and make sure he was okay. In the process you learned about two things that happened in Season One and Season Two. The first being that Callen had found a small note book that had a list of all his foster homes, Nate realized it was written by the same person. The second was after Callen found out he had a sister and she was dead before he knew, when he was visiting her grave someone was there taking pictures of him. When Callen chased after this person, they ran away and got into a car and drove off. Now you find out it was this guy and this helped Callen lead him to find out more about his family and about his father.
So while some might be saying this is unexpected and why did this have to happen. Maybe we should all be thinking what is this going to bring. When you watch a show you can almost tell a storyline has been changed because of an actresses pregnancy. While completely different genres, one is Soap Opera's or Daytime Dramas. While I won't say it's 100% confirmed, but it almost seemed as if Charmed had changed their storyline for Season Six around because of Holly's Pregnancy. At the end of Season Five Chris banishes Leo off somewhere, and then in Season Six Chris turns out to be Leo and Piper's son. While what they did was able to make sense and turn out to be a great storyline, it just almost didn't feel like they wanted it to go that direction at first. Or maybe that is just how I had seen it.
Last Season, Season Four, we got a moment that was almost like Hetty was saying she approved at Kensi and Deeks, only for her to spilt up the team now in Season Five after Kensi and Deeks finally get together. What if this has nothing to do with Kensi and Deeks at all, it just happened to come at the wrong time. What if this has everything to do with Kensi. This show is about NCIS Undercover Special Agents and sometimes they need to go undercover for a long time. We didn't get to see Sam undercover assignment until things had gone bad, but we got to see that he was working a big case that took months. This could be one of those assignments that is going to take months to accomplish and we were supposed to see it, or maybe not but either way work out because they needed to write out Kensi for a little bit. Kensi has been said to have been wanted by just about every agency out there, but chose NCIS. So maybe that is why Hetty picked her, because she knew Kensi was the best for the job. Where as Sam has a family to worry about, Callen has to lead the team, Nell isn't really an agent and Deeks is the LAPD Liaison officer so he's not really an Agent either. When it comes down to it Kensi is the only one who be good for the job, not to say it's because she doesn't have anyone, because she now has Deeks. It's just she doesn't have a husband and kids, or a team that she needs to lead.
There is always rhyme and reasoning because everything Hetty does and Shane does. That is why I feel this was bound to come one way out another. Even before Daniela told us the fans about her pregnancy we heard spoilers of a team member leaving at the end of the season. Right now we don't have much to go on, the only thing we as fans have is that it's been said a team member is leaving, not a team member will be killed. Plus the season finale of Season Four was written more then likely before Daniela said she was pregnant, maybe the episode too. Like I said I have no inside knowledge, but if this was the case then Kensi and Deeks was going to be a thing this season anyways. I think Shane might have mentioned that too in an interview. I guess maybe I'm not making a good enough point and maybe rambling on, but just trying to get at is that It just doesn't feel like this wasn't in the plans. Maybe a few things were changed around, but feel this is how the writers wanted it or at least where heading to this at some point. I don't want to see Kensi go, I know there will be a great story waiting for her when she returns to our screens.

Why Ziva Did What She DID!
This my view on why Ziva did was she did in the season finale of season six. I know that is long over and we need to move on, but as long as it happened don't think we'll just move on truly. Wither it's right or wrong, or you agree or degree, it doesn't matter. It's how I've come to terms with it and I can believe why Tony has forgive her and they can move past it.
Tony, Gibbs, McGee, Abby, and Ducky were these people she only knew for three years and she became friends with them and she does care for them all, but when it comes down to it she was Mossad, not NCIS. Her loyalties lied with Mossad, I believe she was more quick to trust Mossad then anyone else, because they were the people she's known for most of her life. Not to mention she had to learn to grow up fast and doesn't really know how to show emotion like everyone else does. We learned that in the Season Three Finale. So this was away of showing her emotions and letting her feelings be known. She was confused, the people she trusted turned out not to be the people she thought the were. The world she knew wasn't what she thought it was. I mean after what happened with her and Tony she went and questioned her father, why Michael was even sent to LA with her. She asked him if any of it was real. She questioned wither or not Tony was right and even admitted when her father said Tony was jealous that it didn't make him wrong. It was almost like things she knew were all coming apart and she didn't know how to handle it and understand it.
Then there is the two other reasons; reason one is from a quote Ziva said to Gibbs in 4x19 Grace Period.. "Sometimes you need to find something or someone to focus your angry on, it's your only relief." And Tony was her point of angry, because he was the reason someone she cared about was dead. Of course Gibbs said after it "You do know they end up hating you for life", but hey Gibbs you forgave her. So she was focusing more on being angry at Tony, plus like I said everything in the world she lived in that was starting to crumble. So add all that together and it didn't really mesh well. Reason Two was that Tony said to her "you need to take a punch, take a swing, get it out of your system go ahead do it" because he knew she was hurting and she just needed someone to blame, someone to fight and he was willing to be that person because he cared for her. He risked his own career to protect her, when the evidence point to her apartment. He was willing to back her if she needed someone to believe she had no involvement in anything that went on. Or willing to hear her side of the story before Gibbs, Vance, FBI, ICE or CIA found out. Maybe we can said yeah because he loved her, but I chose to believe because that is the type of person he is.
That he is willing to risk everything for someone he cares about. I have no doubt in my mind he wouldn't do the same for McGee, Gibbs (if he needed to), Abby or anyone on the team. Also why I believe that is why he was able to forgive her in the end. He knew this was Ziva, that she sees things differently then they do, that this is how she handled things. So he was able to look past it and be able to forgive her, when she apologized. I know in the end things would never work themselves out if she didn't apology. She was able to know she was acted wrongly and unfairly.

NCIS - 915 Life Before His Eyes 200th Episode
Nine Seasons, 200th Episodes and still going strong, with 20 million viewers every week, NCIS is a house hold name. Each week brings something new and exciting. This week the Cast and Crew were celebrating their 200th Episode. A milestone that many don't get to reach and certainly not while they are the number one TV drama.
The show took a look at what life would have been like if team leader Leroy Jethro Gibbs had made different choices, how it would have affected everyone around him. What if he had seen Ari before Ari had a chance to kill Kate? What if he never killed the man who murdered his family? What if Ziva was never part of NCIS? What if Gibbs had never join NIS? Where would that have left everyone? Would it still lead them all down a path that would at some point have them interact with one another?
In the first scenario, What if Gibbs at seen Ari and was able to protect his team? You got to see what would have happened if Kate Todd was still alive. Not only was she still an Agent, but married to Tony DiNozzo with a new born baby. Not only that but you got to see that McGee and Abby also ended up together. It just meant Ziva never joined the team, there for she was still in Mossad. If Ziva was never part of NCIS, then a lot of things never happened. One of the big things that comes to mind is Michael Rivkin. If Ziva was still part of Mossad, then everything that happened with NCIS, Tony, Ziva and Michael never happened. Wither or not she still dated him, we didn't get enough information for that one. Things we do know is that without Gibbs not seeing Ari and Kate Todd’s death, Ziva would not be the Agent or person she is today.
In the second scenario, What if Gibbs never killed the man who murdered his family? Though the show only mentions Abby knowing about the secret, Jenny took it to her grave and Ducky still knows. In fact Ducky knew the moment Jenny said that they never found their killer that Gibbs would have gotten his revenge. This what if showed that if Gibbs never murdered Hernandez that the loss of Shannon and Kelly would soon be too much and he wouldn't be able to take it anymore. It looks like Gibbs still had joined NIS, but somewhere along the way Gibbs left NCIS, leaving behind everything he's had. Once again Kate is alive and she's just had a baby. Abby tells Gibbs that Kate named her daughter Kelly and wither or not in this what if is Kate married to Tony, don't think it was actually told, but it was most likely implied. This scenario showed more of the impact it would have if Gibbs let his grief consume him.
In the third scenario, What if Gibbs never lost Shannon and Kelly? It showed us that not only would Gibbs have not joined NIS, but he would have stayed a marine. Though he would have had his girls, it would have ended up being them that had to deal with the loss. That Gibbs would never have changed the lives of Tony, Kate, McGee, Abby, Ducky and Ziva. That he would have no team and all the lives that he changed, touched and saved would never have happened. He might have saved two lives, but lost all the other lives.
Though each scenario had its own theme, it all proved that though the choices you make might not seem all that important to you sometimes, they are that important. If one thing didn’t happen or one thing wasn't said or done, then things could have ended up much different. That you don't realize the true impact you have on someone’s life. Gibbs has learned that he had impacted so many different people that if he changed one thing in his life everything would change. That in the end he wouldn’t want to change a thing, because everything that has happened in his life had taken him to where he was and it was a good place.
